Storage & Handling

① Storage & Transfer

Cool (≤25°C, refrigerate if long storage), dry, dark, explosion-proof. Away from heat, flames, oxidizers, strong acids/bases, sunlight. Keep sealed under nitrogen; ground/bond all transfer. No IBC/plastic liners for standard export.

② PPE & Polymerization Control

Face shield + goggles, nitrile/neoprene gloves, anti-static clothing. Organic-vapor respirator; SCBA if leak or enclosed. Check inhibitor; never distill to dryness (peroxide/polymerization risk).

③ Spills & Fire

Spills: evacuate, ventilate, no ignition source, contain vapor, absorb with inert material. Fire: dry powder, CO₂, alcohol-resistant foam. Toxic HCl/CO fumes → upwind evacuate, SCBA only.
